PORPHYRY PAVING

 

The surface of the flags used in porphyry paving is natural and is obtained by means of the mechanical splitting of the natural surface or with sawn sides. Thanks to its elevated resistance to climatic extremes and enduring aesthetic appeal, porphyry flags are ideal for private and public porphyry paving, town squares, streets, street porticos and pavements.

 

Porphyry flags are classified into three groups according to the range of thickness; thin type with a thickness varying from 1.5 to 3 cm; standard type with a thickness from 2 to 6 cm; and thick type with thickness from 5 to 9cm. The wide range of shape of the porphyry paving flags provides the client with an unlimited choice in any type of design environment.
